Our project-based head hunting services

Yeard head hunting provides two-tiers of recruitment services, these include mid-level management and executive level. Our services fee depends on the numbers of job postings and the position for hire.

Our services fees

The Grand Total

Yeard is committed to provide the best services with the best rate. Therefore, our services charge is set to a specific range. Since our clients may demand unique requirements, Yeard will adjust the service charge according to the difficulties of executing the search. While the price ceiling is 30% of the annual salary of the position for hire, our price floor must exceed 20,000 yuan.

The Deposit

Yeard requires our clients to pay 30% of their grand total as the deposit. The deposit will cover the preliminary cost when our consultants execute the head hunting service. At the same time, the deposit secures the working relationship between Yeard head hunting consultants and our clients. Under exceptional circumstances, unless no suitable candidates surface within the contract period, Yeard will refund 70% of the deposit to the clients.

The billing procedure

In order to facilitate immediate and efficient service, we urge our clients to pay the deposit in full as soon as possible. Our clients are required to settle the rest of the payment within one week of the official employment of the recommended candidate(s).

The assurance period

Only a guarantee 90 days probation period, which Yeard observes closely, would allow us to provide the best service to our clients. Under our client protection act, if our recommended candidate(s) were proven to be incapable to fulfill the specific requirements and/or resign within 90 days, our clients have rights to demand a more competent candidate(s). If our clients were consistently not satisfied with our replacement(s), Yeard would issue a compensation voucher to them. The voucher calculation method is based on the actual working days of the recommended candidate(s). For instances, 70% of the total consulting fees would be presented on the voucher within a 30 days period, 50% within 31-60 days and 30% within 61-90 days. The voucher can be used as credits to the redeem the partial amount of the cost in the next consulting assignment.

Long-term head hunting service

Not only do our head hunting consultants' give professional judgment, but also our entire consultant team possesses the determination and dedication needed to make long term venture a successful endeavor. Our consultants are eager to know our clients corporations thoroughly—including their corporate culture, market orientation, human capital strategies and other relevant informations and requirements—which assist them to construct the best employment plan annually. Yeard head hunting service offers a competitive rate and a highly personalized HR solutions package to suits every client's exclusive needs.

Our Services fees:

Comprehensive outsourcing package: Minimum service charge must exceed 50 thousand yuan.+ every successful recommended candidate (from 1 thousand to 20 thousand yuan)

Partial outsourcing package: Clients must deposit an advance payment, approximately around 100-200 thousand yuan. For every successfully recommended candidate, a service charge will be deducted from the block payment. Yeard would roughly charge 10-20 thousand yuan per candidate

Professional Resume Recommendation Service

Based on the unique requirements that are given by our clients, our professional head hunting consultants will recommend a selection of resumes to our clients after conducting a comprehensive job nature analysis. However, the contact informations of these candidates will be removed from these resumes. If our clients reckon some candidates have great potential, Yeard will charge a service fee for viewing the candidates' contact informations.

Our Professional Resume Recommendation Service fees:

There are two forms of payment method:

Advance Payment: Our clients are required to 1 thousand yuan per job posting. We will charge 300 yuan for viewing every contact informations

Deferred Payment: No advance payment required. 500 yuan per resume (viewing the contact information)
